It’s shared under the OFL license, Open Font License, an open source license thinked for the fonts, it can be used in any project, personal or commercial, in web applications, or we can modify and redistribuite it under the same license.
On Fontsquirrel we can see Titillium ready for use in ours web sites through @font-face.
